ABC Nannies Canada Inc. is a Vancouver based nanny placement agency with 10 years of industry experience. ABC Nannies screens approximately over 1500 applicants yearly and we make every effort to represent and offer the best applicants in the childcare industry. We are very selective in the applicants we work with and represent. Our agency has a repeat clientele and most of our business comes from referrals, which we greatly appreciate.

We have a nanny database with a great selection of experienced childcare providers. Our Overseas Live-in nannies are available to be placed anywhere within Canada and Live-out nannies available to be placed in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa. We have the experience and qualifications to help you with your nanny/caregiver search.

Services Provided

Through your designated representative we will provide you with personalized service. You will have access to an a wide range of live-in and live-out Nannies/Caregivers. The selection ensures that your individual family requirements are met. We match not only skills and abilities but also personalities to best suit your family's lifestyle.

We interview all local candidates, in person to better match the potential applicant with our clients. Applicants need to provide us with written references, education certificates and they must provide a Criminal Record Check before being hired. All of our listed nannies have a minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience. Most of the applicants have First Aid, CPR, drivers license and childcare related education. Most importantly we only represent applicants that have verifiable references.

We will provide you pre-calculated payroll deductions and an information package for hiring a nanny; a guide you through each step of the hiring or sponsoring process. We offer continuous support on an on-going basis and follow up with your chosen nanny weeks after the placement to ensure that your family is satisfied.

Overseas Applicants

All our databases of nannies from Overseas have a minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience, excellent references from their previous employers, some have or are willing to obtain First Aid & CPR. They are also screened by Immigration Canada before entering Canada. All the listed nannies have experience with cooking, cleaning and have the ability to manage a household. Most of the applicants are only 3 months away from having their work permit completely processed.

The benefit of hiring a nanny from Overseas is that they are willing to relocate to rural parts of Canada. Overseas nannies are willing to stay with a family for longer periods of time and their desired rate of pay is typically less than that of their local counter parts.
